Przekaż informację zwrotnąShout out to the gal that chose kindness and made my large order just before 8p on 6/26 despite being severely understaffed to the point of no choice but to close early. You saved my night. I could see you were wiped out, and there was more to go to close the kitchen. Not being able to fulfill the shift cuts into wages and that must be stressful too. Then to top it off, other customers arrived as you were wrapping up my order and the one had the audacity to lose their temper and argue with you over the situation as if that indignation would magically turn into an extra employee. I hope things improve for these guys who show up and try.
Had the freshest crunch wrap supreme, whoever made it needs at least a dollar raise. I stopped by around 2:45 on June 20th 2024 if that helps. <3
I feel super bad for the employees. Clearly, they are short handed. I sat, then had to pull into the parking lot to wait for them to bring my order out. 2 items. Took 25 minutes
Every single table was gross and covered in food. They had one person working the lobby line and took forever to get our food. We had 5 people get theirs before we got ours, because drive was only doing small single orders. They messed up an order then announced that the order was free to take to anyone in the lobby. The manager acted like she knew nothing about her job. The worst customer service and location.
