Taco Bell - Walterville

Went in here to get some food, tried to order with someone and they said it was going to be a couple of mins or that I could use the kiosk, I waited the minutes cause I only had cash so I can’t use the kiosk. They never helped me and continued to have me wait for over 15 mins. I left after that cause who does that. The manager just didn’t want to help. That’s messed up specially since he is the manager you’d think he would have good service, if that’s how his customer service is I could only imagine the rest of the employees. I went in Saturday February 10th

Forgot the rice o i paid extra for on my burrito. Not to thrilled. I get hat it's just rice but idk if we pay extra for something it should be a garentee for being on my stuff.

Didnt eat in but went through the drive up. My latest go to is a crunch wrap supreme, very good. Cant beat the price and ways fast frieny service.Vegetarian options: I always ask to substitute refried beans for beef and they dont have any problem doing that.

Messed up the order first time then made up for it and fixed it second time through.
