Chicken Bonz In Spr - Walterville

Came in for a delivery. She said they would mark it ready when it was done and that I could wait in my car. So I waited. For 30 minutes. Finally came back inside, she instantly locked eyes with me and started to walk towards the orders. The lids were literally left open the entire time and it wasn 't bagged or anything. She said, oh, we marked it as ready and tried to call you 2 times Order was not marked as ready and I received no calls. Bunch of toxic children working here who hate there jobs. Need to be fired and needs better management.

I wish I was from here so I could try more here. Chicken sandwich was wonderful.

So I use to love this place but one day I go in and get some tenders and they were disgustingly soggy and greasy. This is not the quality I was used to so I brought them back in and as politely as possible showed them and the woman working replied with a rude attitude, that 's how we make it and turned her back to me as if I wasn 't even there anymore. I went back once more and same deal but I didn 't even bother complaining. Haven 't been back for years and today I figured I 'd give them a shot again. Terrible unfortunately yet again. Tenders were breaded poorly and what was breaded was soaking wet with oil. Fries were sopping in oil and gross too. My partner got a hamburger but should be called a patty melt because that is what it is. It was very very dry and just sad looking. I 'm not trying to be one of those people but this is my honest experience. I 'm very sad to see the place I loved growing up turn its back to quality. If you love the food, great for you but let me tell you that it used to be soooooo much better and I miss it.

I've been eating at chicken bonz for years, food is always stellar, staff is attentive and friendly, and they are always adding more sauces and updating their menu! Would recommend whole heartedly!
