Captain D's - Walterhill

Poor customer service, I went inside and waited at the counter for 5 minutes, and I was never acknowledged. No manners, I got tired of waiting, so I left, and this is not the first time that this has happened to me. I will be taking my business to the Bartlett store. Stay away,it is also worst in the drive thru. I wish that I could give Zero Stars.

They were fast the food was good I had a big fish sandwich the cashier was very friendly I love it

Had 3 piece fish meal with steamed broccoli and fried okra. The hushpuppies were not cooked inside. Fish could have cooked longer but was ok. Probably not coming back to this one.

The person working the drive-thru was great but when I got my order which was gumbo it didn't have a lid on it and although they tried their best by wrapping it with plastic the cup folded and some of it spilled out. That was the worst service I got from Captain D's

I ordered two #4's. I waited at the window for an extra long time. When I got home the fish pieces were really small. One piece was the size of a dinosaur chicken nugget. Ther fish want flaky like it used to be. I think they got there pieces confused because a couple of the pieces was catfish. I have 2 stars because the lady working the window was very friendly. We won't be returning to this location.
