Trying to find a second pho place had been hard. I prefer my broth less salty, and more plain. They definitely accomplished that. A little too plain but also probably for the better. I got the brisket in my soup, although it wasn’t something on the menu. They could have done better with the meat chunks, they barely put any. Overall I would say this is the 3rd best place for pho that I’ve found. Just if you get brisket make sure you ask for extra meat.
Don't let the outside fool you! The inside decor was really nice, seating was comfortable. My waitress was super nice, she didnt hover and checked on my enough times without being irritating.I got the lunch special with the dumplings and shrimp pad thai. Both were delicious!! Reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Will definitely be going back!
We were craving some noodles on our recent travels through Connecticut. FunJu Noodle had good reviews and our dinner did not disappoint, starting with a delicious dumpling appetizer and then enjoying very generous and tasty bowls of pho. Everything was authentic and freshly made. Our waitress was charming, adding to the niceness of the evening. We made the mistake of losing a credit card at the restaurant and were relieved to discover that they found it and made sure it was not compromised such good and honest people!
We drove an hour to the area for a concert and stopped here on our way... 10/10 would drive here again just for the food. The shoyu ramen was decent, not amazing, but all the dumplings, the Korean BBQ ribs, all the appetizers...incredible. The drinks cocktails were phenomenal (thanks blond bartender guy, I give you serious credit for those drinks) service was great, and it was cute and clean. Has outdoor seating too, didn't sit outside though. We'll be back
