Subway - Wales

I order pick up from this Subway for lunch often. Everyone is always nice and my orders are always ready on time. Will continue to order from here.

5-22-23 830pm. Worst ever order at wales location. Three foot long subs were not made to order. Hot Sub meat was prepared cold. Barely any vegetables. The kid admitted they didn’t heat the meat. After calling ….was told I couldn’t get reimbursement if I return the subs. Asked to talk to management. They told me they had no management. So I asked what the phone number of the owners were. They told me they could not give it out. I would suggest not to order from this location. The service has been declining and ownership doesn’t hold their employees accountable for their service.

I always have a great experience here. Idk why these people bash this place and say that the workers are rude. I mean seriously how would you like dealing with nasty customers all day and making sandwiches for picky nasty people? Lol idk how this place has any bad reviews it is a clean and great subway location. Honestly one of the better ones in the area
