Dunkin' - Wakefield

The ladies working that day were ok, but the interior feels drab, old and the floors tables would have benefited from some cleaning. The outside of this DD looks better than the inside.

Ordered a macchiato with extra turbo watched the girl pour cold brew in the cup and hand it to me. If I had more time I would've had her make me another one but was already running behind schedule. Don't expect to get what you pay for here

I needed Directions The Cashier gave me Directions to where I had to go Perfectly ????. The Bathroom was such a MESS...No Toilet Paper and the Floor was just trashed ????. Plus the bathroom ???? needed Cleaning.

Great atmosphere in here; I had some friends visiting from out west who had the gall to order a latte at a Dunkin Donuts. After dusting off the machine and firing it up and making their Starbucks-esque nonsense, the server had the good sense to throw someshade at them in the most New England manner possible. That alone makes it 4 stars. Dunkins is like a New England Embassy, andthese brave patriots in Wakefield made it feel like home.

Judging by some recent negative reviews, they seem to have sorted out whatever issues they were having. We were on the way home from vacation and it was very busy, but they were cranking out orders. We are a family of five and even though everyone gotsomething different, our food came fast and everything was made right.
