Umaizushi - Wahiawā

On the way back to the mainland we stopped at this place. we did not expect that sushi is fresh and tasty. we just stopped because we have a lot of time before our departure. the server is very friendly and doesn't matter that we wait a bit for our departure. we ordered the sushi and pleasantly surprised by the quality of sushi. we then ordered more sushi to go for our lunch in the plane. trust me, it's good!

Staff was great, quick service and food was good as well! Played it safe and ordered the crunchy cali roll. After tasting it, I was really suprised how fresh the ingredients were! (Especially for airport grub) If I had known that before ordering I would've spent a tad more and ordered the hot honeymoon roll, diamond head roll, or red dragon roll

Tried the chirashi for lunch. For an airport, food was good. Service was slow because they were understaffed. Felt sorry for the workers who were running around. My dish had too much rice and the rice was hot. So a few of my fish were slightly cooked in.

It's ok. Nothing fancy. I got crab ramen which was different and warm sake.

Terrible sushi. Disgusting taste. Prices are too high for the quality of food. Nothing is fresh. Enjoyed Burger King that is located next door much more. I had a feeling that shrimp inside of the spider roll was minimum a 3 weeks old.
