Papa Johns Pizza - Wahiawā

I have ordered from Papa John's a few times in the past, but recently they have been unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I placed an order through the app with a 60-minute delivery time, only to wait for an hour before calling and being told that they hadn't even started my order and it would be an additional 60 to 90 minutes to wait. When I asked for an apology, the person on the phone abruptly hung up on me. While I understand that mistakes happen, it is important for management to communicate delays to customers. Due to this constant inconsistency and unreliability, I will not be ordering from Papa John's again.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery at 2:30 a.m., with an estimated arrival time of 6. At 6:10, I was told the pizzas would be here in 15 minutes, but they didn't arrive until an hour later. The pizzas were lukewarm and the cheese was hard. The new app provided no information and no one answered the phone. I would recommend ordering from another place to avoid the hassle.

This restaurant provides absolutely terrible service. I placed an order at 7:00 pm and tried calling multiple times to check on the status after an hour, but received no answer. Finally, at 9:00 pm they answered and informed me that my order would be ready by 9:00 pm. After 9:00 pm, I continued to call but only managed to get a response at 9:30 pm, telling me that I needed to place a new order to receive my food. They had given my original order to someone else, not even to me, but to a random person on the street. After waiting for two and a half hours, I received nothing. I will never order from this restaurant again and believe that the entire staff should be replaced.

I ordered a lot of pizzas from this place. a lot of luck getting their order anywhere near on time. if they expect the quality of a frozen pizza, they will be disappointed. I'm gonna use dominos or pizza hats from now on.

Placed an order online and say the wait time was 2 hours, called to cancel my order 6 times and no one answered so I had no way to even cancel it.
