Grill'd - Wagga Wagga

Not bad for a Grill'd. However, there is no restroom facility. The service has been somewhat inconsistent. I also found the plating choice for my custom burger to be a bit unusual.

Just like the last time we visited, we said we wouldn't return, but here we are again, laughing about it. The staff at the Wagga location were exceptional—well-spoken and eager to help. The place was clean, which was nice. However, paying $90 to leave three people still feeling hungry is a bit excessive.

Typically, my experiences at Wagga have been great, but today was a different story. I ordered sweet chili bites and onion rings. The chicken bites were fantastic, but the onion rings, which are usually nice and crispy, were soggy and greasy. When the waiter checked in to see if everything was alright, I mentioned the issue with the onion rings. It seemed like he was new and unsure of how to handle the situation; he simply thanked me and flipped the indicator from red to white. I ended up finishing my chicken but left the onion rings untouched. This seems to reflect a lack of proper staff training.

I don't typically order from Grill'd, but that Almighty burger (2940 kJ) was amazing!

Mary's Little Lamb was an excellent choice! It reminded me of lamb kofta, and the goat cheese was absolutely delicious.
