Applebee's Grill - Wadsworth

Was visiting Dad in Wadsworth, didn 't know where to go that we hadn 't been on my last few visits. He suggested Applebees which I haven 't been to for Years and Years. We got the chicken Wonton Taco appetizer, excellent, messy but excellent. We both got the Quesadilla Burger, he has had it before and recommended it. Sooo glad he did ! It was next level messy but Wow! Full of flavor and patties were done just as requested ! That 's a great choice if you are wanting something different ! Wait staff was very kind and attentive as well. I 'm very impressed Applebee 's !

This location must have the town's worst hvac system. Leaky windows in the winter means you freeze when seated by any on the south side then when the heat DOES come on, you swelter for about a half hour. The servers, when asked about it, say the same thing. My food was cold before I could finish eating it. I've had a similar experience in warmer weather there, too. Unlikely to return any time soon.

The Applebee's in Wadsworth has great people and great food. Busy so on a wait and went quick.

A 3 star rating is by no means a bad thing. To me it's just a pretty average place. There is good food, good atmosphere and good service. We love stopping in because it's a cheaper date night and close to home. The food is pretty standard bar food, but there are some added dinners that are more than bar food. I usually get chicken tenders because what 29 year old doesn't like some good chicken tenders and fries. I'm simple and easy to please. The boyfriend is usually the one who changes it up. This most recent time he got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. There were no leftovers so I assume he enjoyed it. So I will say again, the 3 star rating is not a bad rating. It's an average rating for an average place.

Easy seating, right away! The waitresses at this location are always well informed on all new meal items, drinks and appetizers! We tried their new tropical drinks and they were so refreshing! Salad, appetizers and meal came nicely spaced and together with my husband instead of one of us getting our food before the other! Fresh, yummy, cooked/grilled exactly as ordered! Very very filling meals! Friendly staff! Clean dining area and bathrooms... I know, sometimes it seems too much to ask, right? This location is on it! Happy campers!
