I had the Texas Philly Cheese steak sandwich (added bacon)and my wife had the Texas Chicken Cheese steak sandwich and both had Sweet-potato fries (which were wonderful).
Woah, nelly! This place made my husband and I's southern hearts so happy!! Cassia was an amazing waitress very friendly and attentive! I got the fried catfish and my husband got the fried chicken. Both meals (along with the sides) tasted just like Grandma made them. What an amazing place!!
Fun place for family and friends. The food is excellent with friendly service. The buttermilk pie was wonderful and nostalgic. We found parking in back.

Very cozy vibes in there. My partner doesn’t really like to eat out because of how loud restaurants can get was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere of this place! Server was very prompt and attentive. Chicken fried steak was so good…sorry to name a competitor but I will probably never have it at G*orge’s again.
