Holiday Inn Suites Waco Northwest, An Ihg

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, despite the price being a bit high. The room had a classic Texas theme with high ceilings, clean bathrooms, and a separate living room from the bedroom. The staff at the Kem restaurant were extremely friendly and served breakfast and dinner. The lobby was a nice spot to study, although the outlets were not working so I suggest using the ones in the entrance area on the floors. I deducted a star due to the hotel's proximity to a questionable part of Bellmead, so be sure to hide valuables in your car. Overall, if you're in need of an affordable, family-friendly hotel near Baylor, I highly recommend this place.

My friend and I booked this room specifically because we wanted to use the whirlpool. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so large that it looked like a double at first glance. The hotel was elegant and modern, not what you typically expect from a Holiday Inn. We paid $200 plus taxes and fees for one night and it was well worth it! I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the 4 whirlpool suites they offer.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleased to see that it was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and had a fantastic waitress who provided excellent service. The breakfast menu, which I have a picture of, stated that breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. However, when we arrived for breakfast at 9:21, a rude young girl informed us that we only had 9 minutes to order. She seemed disinterested in her job and became visibly annoyed when I pointed out the menu stating the breakfast hours. She then provided me with a different menu indicating that breakfast actually ended at 9:30. Despite arriving before the stated closing time, we felt rushed and unwelcome. To make matters worse, when my 2-year-old dropped a piece of food on the floor, the same employee muttered an inappropriate word under her breath. We were disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff and will likely not return to this Holiday Inn. My young children should not have to witness such negativity during a family meal.

Friendly staff. great indoor pool and whirlpool. I got the sauna. comfortable bed and kissing. very clean. it was amazed to come back to my room after work 24 hours after check-in to take out fresh towels, bed linen and müll. I thought these days were gone.

Pleasantly surprised at this price point! Fantastic hotel; extremely clean; well appointed and spectacular customer service. The ladies at the front desk are extremely processional and helpful. They greeted us standing up each time and were extremely sweet. Ms. Sarah is spectacular! The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Made for a very restful nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.
