Great food and the prices are the best. They have “Tacos de Canasta” Sunday morning and they’re amazing.
When traveling my husband and I have always said that we want to eat where the locals eat, and I believe El Huarache Azteca may be just that place. Located in more of an industrial area, we were thankful to have found it as one would miss it if you were just driving back. The decor is cute--what you would typically find in an authentic Mexican restaurants. There are sombreros on the wall, many colors throughout and we were fortunate to hear a live musician as we entered. It did take a while to get our drink order and food but the burritos that we ordered were good. I was not a huge fan of the chips and salsa but my husband like them so there was nothing wrong with them. In fact, it looked as if the chips were made in house which should have been great, but again I just didn't care for the texture or taste. Overall it was a very good experience and we would return if in the area again.
Quit ordering from them, they don't throw away the leftover chips on other people's plates, they put them on yours. how do I know this? guacamole smeared on chips, I didn't order guadamole. Next time it was lipstick on a chip. Happened several times
