Surf Rider Rest - Virginia Beach

First out, wonderful interior. We love the look of wood panels. It's very open. The food was good. Customer service was good. The price was average. We look forward to a return.

Surf Rider is currently joined with another restaurant .... probably to make it through this pandemic. The food menu is condensed, but still has some nice choices. My hubby had yummy fried oysters and I had a tasty crabcake... both with broccoli. I Love their hush puppies. Servings are ample, service was good, and the Mud pie was fabulous. The pie was big enough for two! We will go again.

First time visit and will definitely be back. Went to celebrate a birthday with a group. The food was excellent! Had the crab dip appetizer which was very good. Ordered the fried shrimp for dinner. Some of the best shrimp I've had! The broccoli side is enough for 2 or 3 people and very good with the hollandaise sauce. Service was excellent.

My salad was a little deflated and my crab stuffed flounder was over cooked and mealy.
