The food was great, service was good but it was a really long wait at least 40 minutes but I've been trying for the last couple months to get chicken and it's always so damn busy, it was the shortest line I've seen in a long time. I understand they're supposedly shorthanded. I pray that it gets better for you.

Wow. If I was not blocked in such a way that the drive thru is routed, I would be moved away a long time ago. Instead, I was in the 4 car line for 20 minutes. Finally ordered and got my food. Cold frits and a flat soda. My 30-minute lunch is over. Don't waste your time here. Not worth the headache. If a star, except the lady who took my payment, was very friendly.

Long lines! Cold food. What is on the menu they do not sell 8pc Shrimp Dinner. Manager in the window seems like she doesn't like her job. a new one. Treat ppl w respect. We're just hungry. Please clean and smile. You have to remove this meal as they do not honor it!

This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever eaten at. Every single time I order from here they have forgotten my sauce. This time they were out of my pies so they swapped them for cookies, I'd have rather they just not charged me and left them off. They also gave me regular strip instead of spicy, forgot my sauce, didn't give me honey after asking three times for it, and undercooked my strips. I'm done giving this place chances.
