Although waiting for our food was long, it was not exactly warm, suggesting it was probably for a period. Our host never really asked if any of us wanted refills for our drinks, we had to what I thought was bad customer service because they visited our table regularly during our night. Eating? ve was very good when it was warm enough. Everything together my group and me could have been better there?
The meal was really good, but what I liked the most was the distance between tables served. We had to wait for about 30 minutes, they seemed busy. Then I noticed they were telling everyone 30 minutes when they slowed. This was to keep everyone safe! Made for a great experience!
What would have been a 4 or 5 star experience was absolutely ruined by the one thing that should have made it a good experience. The Manager, Christa. My group has the pleasure of hearing irrate would be customers harassing and yelling at the host (who was wonderful), only to see the manager come up and berate him in front of us, saying how she and her staff are better than the customers and that he needs to do better. Our food was great and our server did a phenomenal job, and we had pleasant conversation with him but watching the manager then give other customers attitude at their table, and the fact that she had the nerve to ignore us on our way out without even a have a nice day absolutely ruined the experience for me. I'll be back when she isn't working there anymore.
We ordered food to go. The food came on time as expected, and the lady who delivered it was nice and courteous.
The food was excellent and served in generous portions. The restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding. It wasn't too loud, making for a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely return!
