I asked her why the candles weren’t lit down the altar for the ceremony. She said it was “the florists job” and wasn’t her problem. A day-of coordinator should be proactive in taking responsibility for mishaps like that, not just shift responsibility. Wouldn’t recommend.
As a guest at a recent wedding they under deliver on the entire experience of bad customer service and poor results were the choice of earnings they rank at the top of the class as me and other guests we felt bad for our hosts. Just find someone else because obviously they are a 3 star ranking for a reason. Their so called bartenders couldn’t even mix a drink as simple as rum and Coke.

Had tasty disaster cater a party and they did a terrible job they charges me a large quantity and didn’t even give me half my order. When asked they lied and said it was all there. But if I have only 60 guest out of 140 then where did all the food go. Owners are very rude and like to up charge on everything. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!
Tasting was great but the food on the actual wedding day was not the same. It was tasteless and dry. Not very friendly when communicating this and not very friendly after receiving complete payment.The lady Josefina seemed stressed the entire time in the wedding and acted rude. You can also tell they can’t handle bad feedback by how they respond to low rated reviews. Instead of working with your budget or deciding to not take the client they prefer to underdeliver and treat clients badly. Next time just say you can’t work with certain budget. I would not recommend.
