Papa Johns Pizza - Vineland

Papa John's is consistently one of my favorite pizza places. They prepare and deliver the pizza quickly, and the quality is always excellent. The service is consistently great as well. If you and your family are ever unsure about what pizza to order, Papa John's is always a reliable option.

The pizza was quite tasty. I didn't place my order online and instead tried calling it in, but my call went unanswered. When I arrived, there was only one person working, so I ended up waiting 15 minutes. I recommend ordering online to save yourself some time!

I observed the staff transitioning from handling cash and customers at the register to preparing pizza without washing their hands or wearing gloves. One employee was seen making the pizza dough with his bare hands, then handed it to another staff member who was busy answering the phone. She simply stood there stretching the dough before handing it back to him. This was really unsatisfactory. I decided to cancel my order and leave, but they seemed confused about what had gone wrong.

I ordered through DoorDash, but my order was incorrect, and that's not DoorDash's fault. I called Papa John's multiple times—14, to be exact. Each time, I either got put on hold immediately, received no answer, or was disconnected. The customer service was terrible; it seems like answering the phone is a major challenge for them.

A big shoutout to Robert for the quick delivery, and a special thanks to the floor staff. The food was absolutely delicious!
