I just went and when I went to the window the employee wasn?t wearing their mask to fully cover his nose, therefore breathing directly onto my food. Told him to keep it and that I?ll just go elsewhere. Also told him that it?s because of people like him why there?s so many people who are sick.
Came here this morning around 7:30. Ordered some food and iced coffees. We kindly asked the woman at the drive through what kind of wake up wraps we could order. (Wanted to know what we could put in them as the menu doesnt say) She replied, ?We have them all.? No help there. She then sighed very loudly. So we asked more specifically what proteins they offered. She replied in a nasty attitude what they had. Really disappointed as we havent had an interaction like this at this location before. Maybe she was having a bad day, but horrible customer service. Also, when we got the window, she took her mask off to do the transaction. Not sure why she needed to do that. Definitely not 6 feet apart.
I agree is the worst Dunkin ever and the owner is doing nothing to change it look at the reviews. I sat in drive-thru for 15 minutes for a coffee and a bagel and my bagel with the microwaved not toasted.
Ham, egg and cheese on an Everything Bagel--the best around! Always fast courteous service. Only reason i didnt rate a 5 is because hash browns are always, and i mean always, cold and soggy.
