Hello, following my visit to your establishment in September 2020 I bought you a can of royal cassoulet, having a desire for cassoulet I decided to open this box and to my great surprise it was not cassoulet but rather an axoa of the Basque country! Good but too disappointed in nothing to do with the specialties of your region! Here is a photo of the PJ box. You'll tell me it's too easy to come back 3 years later, but yet the facts are there! Can I imagine a labelling error? Please be more vigilant. Thank you. Well, I think it's a good idea.

A nice step. A circumstance contest (car bucket! We spent a night in Villefranche de Lauragais. Our choice has focused on the Hotel Restaurant du Lauragais due to its offer evening stage. For 144 €, you have a room, a dinner and two breakfasts. A very competitive price, no? The reception is a little cold, but the hotel is nice, well kept, the rooms are well designed. The restaurant room is also very pleasant, the lady who served us was very welcoming and smiling (she! . The meal (entrance-plat-dessert was of quality, even if one can regret the vinaigrette that rips off and that decimates a little the Salad of gizzle or the hot goat salad. Excellent homemade cassoulet, so much to our taste that we bought a can! (on sale in the room and at the reception. The homemade flan, cooked in a earthen terrine, was really delicious. The whole watered by a very correct Corbières, but a little warm. Breakfast in buffet form, served from 7:00 a.m. (ideal when you have to take the road! and very copious: ham, cheese, hard eggs, pressed oranges, crunchy bread, quality pastries, crêpes, homemade jams, cereals, etc... What to take strength for the day. In conclusion, a good address to which we will not hesitate to return even if we do not fail in the corner!
