The food has always been good from here but the delivery is MESSED UP. i’ve never experienced this at another dominos but they’ll mark the order as “delivered” almost immediately after i place it… and then i’m waiting at my door for it to arrive anywhere from 20-40 minutes. what’s the point of the tracker if you don’t even use it?! it just causes so much confusion. the delivery people are always really nice which sort of makes up for it but still could they just use the tracker correctly like ever other place does?
Today around 1:30pm I’ve placed an order, Is ridiculous that I’ve waited over an hour for my delivery and never got it, even though the app said it was delivered, IT WASTN’T, if I ordered it is because I needed my food, you all need a better costumer service because at that point after waiting all that time, getting my food was the least thing that you guys could’ve done, not just canceling it because that’s the easiest thing to do, I’m never ordering again.
My favorite place, the best pizza, great deals and excellent customer service, I highly recommend!!!
Avoid this location. Your food will arrive cold and it will take more than an hour.
