Dunkin' - Village of Newark

By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a Dunkin Donuts, Both iced lattes were messed up (which is fine in itself since they were training new people) but calling and talking to whoever answered the phone just before 7am April 22nd to let them know since we couldn't just go back do to needing to clock in and she said she seen them make it properly with incredible attitude (Both of them are regularly ordered by us and tasted COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, can say with 100% certainty they were not made properly) and she just brushes it off with no help for the situation what so ever. This is the first time calling with a complaint but this was handled so poorly and her customer service was horrible.

Even though it was a busy day here, the food was quick and delicious and the service was prompt, and my coffee was made just right.

Glazed donuts always seem to be in high demand- although adequate, there could have been at least one more table a couple more chairs there!

Great place to meet an old friend and catch up! Atmosphere was Mello.Parking: Easy in easy out

This is the worst dunkin. I go here seldomly because I know the service and food suck. How hard is it to toast a bagel add cream cheese and bacon?! I ALWAYS have to check my order at the window. They can NEVER get it right. I either get no bacon, a little swipe of cream cheese or my bagel is only toasted for all of 30 secs. Idk if it's a lack of care from management or employees. How is this place still in business?
