Dunkin' - Village of Granville

DO NOT GO Thru Drive Thru!!!!! I have been there 6x and not once have they made the order right. They charge you whip cream, they forget the whip cream, they charge you Carmel sauce, they forget the Carmel sauce, they forget the milk, they forget the sweetener. I don't think they can hear you in the drive thru mic. They constantly need u to repeat what you say. Go inside and order and not once had my order been wrong.

Everything I've had at this location has been good. Drive thru can be a little slow during the morning rush, but that's to be expected.

They don't listen when you're ordering so they are continuously messing up your order. I feel like Management should be there tying up loose ends getting this nipped in the bud. Also Takes them a very long time to answer the

The cashier is very friendly, I'm on my way to work but the windows are very dirty and the area where the tables are has a bad aroma and the tables are not completely clean
