Pizza Hut - Village of Cottage Grove

I haven’t talked to someone on the phone more slower in the head than the employees here

I have had great pizzias there. i have got pizzias there 7 times last year. BUT NOW they won't deliver 3.5 mi from store they have no idea where their area stops. sounds like the have high school students riding tricycles for delivery I would sure like to see that! sounds comical. if they can be that entertaining over the phone I bet the have a 3 ring circus at the store. I hope management can help them.

The food is always hot, the sodas are extremely cold, and it’s exactly what I order!

I should say I have had amazing service every other time I have been there. Tonight was an absolute joke. I ordered takeout through the drive thru. I pulled up and sat at the drive thru for over ten minutes with nobody coming to the window. Even though some a worker was sitting across from me on his phone and hitting his vape. Finally I got upset and walked into the store. 4 employees were there and my pizza had been in the warmer the whole time! I absolutely never give review, but this was so bad I can’t stay quiet!

I’ve always had a great experience at the Cottage Grove Pizza Hut.
