A very special place that is guided by some very real and beautiful people. my friends and I were in town for a concert in castello scaligero and have randomly on the square and decided to stay for a drink or two. we were impressed by the nursing and attention hostings matteo and ciro, who paid our drinks and directed. the pasta was simple but excellent made, tasteful but not overwhelming. the night turned from good to great when the hostes have gone out of their way to make us comfortable, to help us find a trip to home and more importantly to chat with us and turn us from customers into friends. it is not difficult to say that matteo and ciro are really proud and pour their love in this humble little place. a jewel of a bar operated by passionate and generous people. if they're ever in town for a concert in the castle, they'll have to pass!
One of the most wonderful and lovingly cooked meals and tastiest spritzes my party of 3 had. The owner (Matteo) is a stellar guy, making sure we were comfortable and had enough food. He helped us find a cab into the city after our concert and served us digestifs! Give them a chance!
