Krystal - Villa Rica

Legitimately every time you try and order food it's a long wait. They want you to just give up and go elsewhere. The workers essentially just want to sit there and do nothing while on the clock. They act like you showed up at a bank asking for food. It's the worst Krystals around.

The service at this Krystal's has always sucked, but it just keeps getting worse. You'll understand why there's no line there. Between customer service bad food, I don't know how they stay

Can’t share my experience as when we went at 11:05 pm on a Saturday night the lights were out and no one to take the order goggle showed them as open until midnight.

It’s 10:32 when I pulled to drive through they said it’s 3 burgers left and they won’t be making anymore… it’s SaturdayThey need a new district manager or to shut down

Tonight me and my family of 8 in 2 separate vehicles stop at your location where we attempted to enter the restaurant to dine and were told that the dinning area was closed, time was 6: 45 which was told by the management to use drive thru which we compiled so we placed our order and drove to a family members house to a kids birthday party we were attending, got to our destination and realized that we were missing 8 burgers and cheese fries so we returned after calling several times, when I arrived i ask to speak with a manager and expressed our issue to her and omg all hell broke out because she attempted her team had not misunderstood the order and got mad at us with an attitude that I personally has never seen a manager do in all my days of living all I wanted was the rest of my food and manager Tia told me I would have to pay for something I already paid for which is unheard of... complaints will only go so far but this manager/ leader you put in control of this location is heading for disaster as a restaurant, I hope this is fixed admittedly so this specific location can thrive....
