Oasis - Vila Real de Santo António

We have eaten here in the past. It seems a quiet hotel restaurant but I believe it could be busier if they improved their fare. I had a Salada Mista to start and my wife had Crispy Chicken, unfortunately almost half the chicken nuggests were still partially frozen when served. Our main courses were much better my wife's first choice wasn't available but she settled for Grilled Black pork Loin which she enjoyed had the Couscous with grilled vegetables which was an excellent vegetarian mean. Service was very good, friendly staff. It was our experience in the past too that things we ordered from the menu were not available. We had mixed fruit for desert. We would have liked to eat there more often but the experience with the crispy chicken was off putting. We will, I'm sure, try it again when next we are in Manta Rota.
