Best fast food/burgers you can get. Great shakes and fries. Amazing service.

My experience at this steak 'n shake is the same as almost any other steak 'n shake, which is to say that overall it 's not as good as it used to be since they switched to ordering on a touch screen and removing staff. I 'm assuming that was done to save money, but two meals with milkshakes was still 26 bucks. The food was fine but the place was empty and depressing. Since there 's no more wait staff, there 's really no reason to come into the restaurant. You may as well just get drive-thru and skip going inside.

Food was good as usual. No service, order at a kiosk. Get your own food when your name is called. Then take garbage to can. First time I have been since they went without servers. And I won't go back. Not the same, and I don't have to participate.
