I love to go inside and take the time to look at the menu. I like to try new things. Force myself out of my comfort zone.Food: 5/5

The drive thru and parking area require being re-designed, cause as busy as this place is, good luck getting out if you parked in the same lot as where people enter the drive thru for this place! the drive thru definitely needs to be SEPARATED from the parking area so people can actually back out and leave the shop itself.otherwise, the service is good. servers are friendly and helpful and the coffee is great, but kinda expensive. great for a personal treat, but I wouldn't get it every day if you have a budget.

Very friendly employees. Drinks are usually good, but sometimes inconsistent. Today, my iced coffee tasted like a latte (though was correctly labeled as an iced coffee . Sometimes, the amount of milk is variable (way too much or none at all [made black] . They're always crazy busy, so I understand some mistakes.

Ginger is an extremely pleasant person. She makes every experience delightful our orders are always correct.

In a genius business move ? Starbucks has decided to not show their menu of coffee in the drive through. No words. SMH.Service: 2/5
