Order was wrong and costumer service was bad . This store makes .. Dunkin start my day bad… hope they will improve it ….
Not sure why people rate this place so poorly. Staff have always been friendly, and orders were always accurate and tasted fine in my opinion. It's been a great spot for a quick bite to and from work.This is a Dunkin chain location folks.. not some fancy gourmet cafe.
I ordered thru the Dunkin app at 11:59am and went to get my order at 12:24pm. The order was not there and they stated the order was not received. I was charged for it on the app and even had the receipt as well. One of the employees behind the counter told me I needed to call the dunkin app number and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I didn’t see a name tag either. I walked away angrily because this was my late breakfast before errands and now I was behind. I love dunkin but this location’s service is hit or miss sometimes and the employees show no empathy or care for their customers. I never had issues at other locations.
I was just at this Dunkin Donuts at 3:40 on Sunday. The gentleman who is working is working by himself. He is literally doing everything. He is doing a fantastic job! I certainly hope his superiors take notice and reward him appropriately.
