When we arrived for lunch, we ordered a delicious variety of dishes. I must say that the standout dish was the roasted pork, with wonderfully crispy skin and a generous portion.
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child with my parents. Now I bring my own kids, and they love it just as much as I do. I can confidently say that the broth here can cure any cold, and my kids could eat the BBQ pork non-stop if I let them. Don't miss out on the wonton noodle soup - you'll be hooked after just one bite.
While in Victoria, my family and I stopped by the promenade to watch the dragon boat races. Afterward, we decided to grab a snack in Chinatown.
I decided to give this restaurant a try on Skip The Dishes after trying out a few others in search of a great place for Chinese food, and I was not disappointed at all! I really enjoyed the barbecue duck Lo Mein, and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't greasy. The only downside was that the battered shrimp and fried wontons were a bit soggy upon delivery, but still delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
