The buffet is great. there were enough vegan and glutenfree options to make the buffet at foot-in price of $17.00 /pp, a good value. we visited on Friday, just before the end of the lunch buffet and the whole food was fresh, plentiful and tasteful. the star of the buffet was today a butternut quash offer we went to him again and again, and hope that the mention will help to keep it in regular rotation. on the way out we have the chance to win hallo and to say thanks to the people in the kitchen today. her care and effort was evident today and the friendly faces that smiled at us were so beautiful and welcoming. the restaurant plan allows quick visits around the buffet areas and enough space for diners to easily navigate. it was a bit hot outside today, but there are also seats in the open. it is located in uptown, there is so much parking space, it is easy to find and can be reached by transit or bicycle. Love this place. The food is great and the all you can eat buffet is great value.
I haven’t been to Sizzling Tandoor for a little while. It is one of my most favorite as far as Indian Establishments go. I was absolutely shocked by the rundown state of the restaurant! The seating( chairs) are beyond acceptable. One light working on very dated main chandelier fixture? The entire space needs to be renovated… please consider…ASAP Care and attention to this space has been seriously neglected… The staff were wonderful as always and service was fantastic… The menu and quality of food excellent. Please take care of this restaurant space.
I was really dissappointed with the taste and portion size of the chicken biryani and the portion of rice that came with the lamb curry. The biryani taste like it was pre made. I am attaching pictures to show portion size and how the food was not good for the amount it costs. The biryani costs 21 dollars and the curry costs 23 dollars so why are portions so small. Will not be returning to any of their branches anymore after this.
