Romeo's - Victoria

The waiting staff was pleasant and accommodating to some extent. we ordered 2 pizzas and a burger that seemed tasteful. I ordered a gyroscope that was wrapped 3 pieces of leather in a warm pita w/ tzatziki, cubed tomato red plank, served...with Greek salat. only the salate was edible. I mentioned this to the waitress and she didn't even crack an eye! Maybe the cooks should explore how to taste a gyro before putting it on the menu.

I had made a reservation for a birthday restaurant and asked if there will be a fee when we said our own birthday cake and the person on the phone. on the day of going down the service was very slow, eating was an hour, had to ask for a coffee refill and drinks. that was average. When the bill finally came, we waited quite ahile for the waitress to come back so that we could pay our bill in which they didn't come back, so we went to the bank and paid our bill. we were also charged $1,00 per person, for the cake, and the bliss were added to the bill. in which we were never told about it. this place to go in one of our favorite restaurants, but now we will never return.

We ordered 4 pastas on the 27th juni and two hours later received the absolutely worst tiny burned pastas I have ever seen. I called immediately and complained and was told that I would get a call back within 15 minutes. half an hour later I called and they were closed. I called the next day and was asked to call back the next day if a manager was in. I did this, I got a loan I didn't really want. (the only way to get a refund is to bring the food in even that I had already given a 10$ delivery tipp) so tonight we tried again, I ordered at 4:24 and received a 1 hour waiting time, an hour and a half later I called and was told that it was not immersed in the system, was transferred to a hostess where I was told that they could not find out. I canceled my order immediately because we could no longer wait for dinner, I have two children waiting for her dinner. I got a call from the driver told me that was ready to eat and would bring it immediately, it showed up about 10 minutes later completely wrong, we ordered 4 pastas, and received 5 and only one of them was right. I called back and asked to send only one of our pastas because my son didn’t like the alternative, was told to me by a girl with a bad job “we have a 25$ minimum of delivery” for her mistake? what's going on here? They seem to have one thing in the week and no one is responsible. it's up to a few people who don't have a clue what to do with an angry customer. I have a lot of geduld for the restaurant industry, because I have managed one for the last 20 years, but that is absolutely ridiculous. I call every day until I can get a manager on the phone, again! easy because I think it's so unfair to pay for food they didn't even order. get it romeos together. The best for ever! since the 75 I have romeo the best for good pizzas they enjoyed it call it good value.

I sent back my iceberg lettuce on a side plate as it was brown. I asked the waitress to show the Cook. Nobody responded. About 3 minutes after we had paid the bill the waitress came up to us and said we had to leave...as that table was reserved for 5 minutes from then. This is the second time I have sent something back and not had a response. It won't be a problem now as I'm not going back!!!
