Best coffee shop in the city for small town friendly vibe. Good food options, and they see you, not a faceless customer. 18 years in business in Victoria downtown tells you something. Some outdoor seating.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a small coffee shop; only eight tables inside. Could have issues if you need a wide turn radius for a scooter when approaching counter for order; doable but tight. No steps to enter; one small table that is wider and lower for a chair is available. Might be more comfortable in their outdoor seating(patio with umbrella).Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option, vegetarian, soy cheese available on request.

I love this place. It's small. It's got food options. They support arts if you've got posters. That alone that support of other community events wins. I'll slag other places that don't support community events. I know that seems unfair , but remember the whole pandemic thing when a bunch of restaurants were like. Support us, please support our businesses well as an artist. I'll say exactly the same to you.

I visited everyday during my course, honestly couldn't fault it. Such a friendly team the coffee us the best I've drank for a long time and the food is even better. Always freshly prepared and always so so good massively recommend!

I visited Loft and Ladder during a recent trip to Victoria and this place is wonderful! The place is clean, beautifully decorated but most importantly declisious food and drinks! They had plenty of hot and cold drink options, I opted to try something I hadn't before and tried the Alchemist Brew tea absolutely delicious! I also got the flour free peanut butter cookie. No photo because after one bite it was so good I devored it. If you like peanut butter, you NEED to try this!! The service was impeccable, super friendly and warm. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely be back! Alas, my next visit will have to wait till the next time I'm in Victoria.
