I finally received a confirmation email of cancellation after calling corporate several times. They told me 5 7 days toreceive a refund it's been 15 days and I'm still trying to track down if I will receive my refund or not. Ultimately I took mycatering order to a different business due to this mishap, and still haven't received my refund.
The workers didn't know there prices right off hand and wasn't helpful of what I was interested in, so I exit our the door
Waited 8 minutes before someone even came to the counter to help me.
We discovered this place thanks to friends who offered us a gift card. We decided to pick up ham and 4 sides and we're not disappointed. Order was ready on time and as described.
I placed my order paid for it on line, I got a $5 discount for picking it up today. The pickup was great also. They had the facility set up with 2 lines: 1 for ordered paid for 1 for new orders or orders called in reserved the product they wantedbut hadn't paid for the order. I was in out in no time.
