Blue Hippo Coffee - Verona

Fantastic experience here at Blue Hippo Coffee Co. The staff is super friendly and the interiors are perfect. Love the drinks. Tried an icy latte and icy lavender matcha latte. Both were delicious. The food was great too. In any case, the breakfast bowl and biscuit sandwiches recommend. Now for my standard COVID comments from June 2022. Masks are not obligatory. Sitting is removed, although could be overfilled when busy. Didn't have a problem personally but!

First off I liked exterior nice presentation, nice and clean. Entering the business is welcoming with a home vibe. It's quite interesting seeing blue hippos around the store. Looking at the menu I had a hard decision but I chose the egg Sammy with an iced Chai tea on the side. Everything tasted really good and so fresh! The staff was really nice also. Definitely have to stop by again for the desserts!

If you are looking for a trendy coffee shop with delicious coffee, mouthwatering food, and delightful staff then you should certainly check out Blue Hippo! Ever since we moved nearby, we have become huge fans of this place. The food is all so tasty and unique. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu (pro tip: try everything). The coffee is freshly brewed and always hits the spot. The ambiance is perfect- warm and inviting. There is a backyard that is super cute for when the weather is nice. The staff is always so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to use Blue Hippo for their on-site catering. My guests loved that we were able to have the coffee shop to ourselves for a special event. They had so many compliments to share. I worked with Catherine and Monica from start to finish. They were super easy to work with and really wanted to do everything possible to make our event as wonderful as it was. There were a variety of food options to choose from and every single menu item that I had chosen was to die for. I highly encourage you to keep this place high up on the list of places you should visit regularly. You won’t receive the same quality and service at Starbucks, Dunkin’, or that other coffee shop you may already be familiar with. Check them out!

We hosted our son's birthday party in the outdoor patio and we were so happy with the space! Despite the cold weather, there was a tent and heaters to keep us dry and warm, and it was set up beautifully. We had soups and quiches and a beverage package (all the food was very good!! and customized (on theme cookie decorating kits, pizza and juice for the kids, which were all a huge hit! We would definitely host here again Monica and Catherine were so attentive to our needs! The servers seemed to be new and still learning, so that is where there could be some room for improvement, but with the current environment, its so hard to hold on to employees, so I definitely don't hold that against them! Definitely recommend this sweet venue for kid or adult parties :
