Maison Martinique Fine Dining

Mason martinique wow! last Thursday I noticed in 32963 (this is our island weekly time,) mason martinique had a bouillabaisse night on Wednesday. After many years I decided not to go there, it was time to give him another try. years ago we were regular when chef yannick martin opened it and then years later when he and his wife val returned for a short run. last Wednesday night I paid a return visit. we were totally blown away. at the arrival there was a nice warm greeting. then, in this great dining room. the beautiful dining room felt friendly and welcoming. great memories of many wonderful evenings reappear in the past. the only thing missing was the fabulous chandelier in the center of the deck. the good news is, it still exists. the restaurant owner colleen is about to return it from the arrival to the boston music hall. savanah, our server, we later discovered that she served in her first night herself. she was professionally efficient and helpful. as they undoubtedly know, bouillabaisse is a meal in his own. many seafood, kartoffel, laeks and saffron. no need, an appetizer to distract from the main event. the bouillabaisse was excellent! I had expected it was good, but not so good. all seafood were perfectly prepared. the kartoffeln had still beautiful texture. yes, and the saffron was definitiw to spike the broth. I have to say that is this best bouillabaisse I had since frankly 10 years ago. but wait, there is more, not that we needed another morsel. the brotpudding had to be scanned! Once again it was better than we imagined. it was moist, warm with many rusty one cinnamon and overwhelming with aromen. the small ice spoon was the piece-de resistance. Today we were definitiw in a “Vero beach 5 stars restaurant”. great ambiente, excellent service and fantastic eating. mason martinique is back on our menu!

Maison Martinique was a pleasant surprise tonight. One of the owners, Colleen, went out of her way to make the evening perfect. Food was outstanding! Service, by Mark, was superb! We’ll be back!

Best crepes in Vero Beach. For the savory aficionados try it with their Chives cream which is too die for and Italian coffee!

Excellent dining experience.Completed the evening in the Piano Bar...great.Will return again and again.
