The Naked Pig Barbeque & Smokehouse

Been many times. Never disappointed - good food. Happy to serve when many restaurants in the vicinity are not interested. Better choice anyway - shame on us. Family friendly and highly recommend. And yes, we have had BBQ in some serious spots - these are no rookies.

This looked and smelled like a great place to go. The 5 of us, including a 9 year-old, went in around 5pm on a weekday. It was not busy.Immediately it seemed as if the staff was disorganized, with no visible management. Our server was pleasant, but it was difficult to define the roles of other staff on the floor. One was a host, who spent a lot of time standing around.Drinks took a very long time to arrive. The beer from the attached craft brewery was fresh and cold; reasonably priced. However watched another table's order sit in the pass-through for almost 10 minutes. While 4 staff members stood around and the cooks just stared at it.The kids menu was pricey. We ordered the mac and cheese although our child wanted ribs. My in-laws ordered veggie burgers. My father in-law asked if the patties were dry; the server assured him they were the opposite.My wife and I ordered a sample platter and we ordered some corn bread to start.All the food arrived at the same time, and the corn bread arrived last.Our sample platter included ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, bratwurst and 2 pretzel buns. We chose baked beans, coleslaw and caesar salad as sides. Ironically, the 2 salads were the best things.The baked beans were dry and much more akin to kidney-bean refritos.All of the meat was dry and over cooked.There was NO bbq sauce provided!The brisket was mostly unrendered fat.The rub on the ribs was mostly paprika, making for a very dry and gritty taste.And the veggie patties were indeed dry. When mentioned to the server, she made no effort to correct the problem.I would not go back.

Buen ambiente, decoración a doc, muy rica la cerveza, la comida en general, solo necesitan mejorar el servicio, se lleno y no estaban preparados...

Just had dinner here after finding in on TripAdvisor! Great food and great service. Try the corn bread, very good. The food was very good. Lots of food. Definitely try this place when in Vernon.

A very nice looking restaurant. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I only had a house salad, so can't go wrong with that. Husband has the brisket and he thought it was good. Loved there BBQ sauces. We had a house red and a house white wine. Both were delicious. Would return if we are through here again
