I absolutely loved my falafel wrap with fries; it was the most delicious thing I've ever had!

The food was exceptional, and the staff was warm and attentive. I really enjoyed my dining experience!

Wow! When there's an issue with an order, the appropriate response should be something like, "Oh, I'm so sorry! How can I assist you?" Unfortunately, that wasn't what happened here. Instead, there was a disagreement between the staff and the customer, followed by a lengthy five-minute discussion among the employees, completely ignoring the customer. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to be glaring at the customer while they were simply trying to enjoy their meal. It’s clear that this location really needs some serious customer service training.

I recently visited Opa in Vernon for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff was rather rude when I asked for my food to be served hot. They insisted it was hot and implied that I didn't know the difference between hot and cold. I was so frustrated that I ended up leaving. One staff member who was especially unhelpful was named Vipul.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I love it so much that I eat here for every meal. It's truly a delight!
