Visit here often. Love the place, just needs a little more TLC in bathrooms and lobby

First time having a true Chicago style dog and I loved it. Coming from the south it’s completely different from the way we eat hot dogs. The meat in the Portillo’s dog is nothing like a regular store bought hot dog. With everything they put on it, and the meat, the flavors all come together. We also got the Maxwell sausage dog and its onions and it was super good.

Kinda loud but good hotdogs and beef and burgers. One of the better burger places. Also like the garden dog

If I could do 10 stars for food I 200% would Vegetarian options: not sure saying it's meat but I bet you can find your options of vegitarian. Dietary restrictions: A few dietary restrictions but I'm not sure saying this is a fast food Parking: Huge, and I mean HUGE parking lot, like if there was a creme de le creme of parking lots, this would be it Kid-friendliness: very friendly to kids, when asked about drinks, happily responded with all kid drink options Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space to wheel a wheelchair around and a lot of handicap parking spots

1st time, out of towner. Food was ok, not great. Fries were frozen, not seasoned. Samdwhich was alright, not seasoned. Atmosphere was kinda cool, but noisy. Service was fast! Shake...amazing.
