For me, who knows Spanish cuisine well, I found the dishes far from real Spanish tapas. Average quality tending towards poor, albondigas that have little of the original recipe, patatas Bravas with mixed alioli sauce and lukewarm potatoes, perhaps frozen and from the day before ! For me we're just not there... Very nice little place, you can't book, but the waiters write down the name and number of people, then call you verbally to sit at the table. The menu and tapas take you right on a culinary journey to Spain while still staying in Prato. I found the various dishes I tasted good. The waiters were kind and helpful. I will definitely come back. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian dishes such as the two variations of tortilla, the fried peppers and artichokes and other dishes based on vegetables and/or cheese, there is actually an entire section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian dishes.
