We had early morning breakfast twice at Salute in Terminal 2 when flying AeroMexico and transiting through Mexico City once on our way to our destination and a week later on our way back. On both occasions, I had the chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and bacon the first time with green sauce and a week later with red sauce. The green sauce is a a bit tart (probably tomatillo) and the red sauce was a bit spicy. Service was very friendly and fast, and I greatly appreciated having several cups of coffee at 6am after a long flight.
Everything was so delicious! My husband and I enjoyed it all! Rafael was excellent! Definitely recommend this place!
