I have always come to eat here But this time I had an irritating experience I was ordering two slices of pizza and I looked at him putting the two pizzas but he was also adding two garlic breads and I said to Abraham No I don't want Garlic Bread too and he answered those come with the pizzas so I told him Oh Okay !!! so when I paid I looked at the receipt and he charged me as a separately and I asked again to see he's answer ???? do the breads come together with the pizza or not and then now he answered nah the breads are separate . So I told him You told me that the breads came with the pizza !! and he said No they don't come with the pizza . So in my concern he thought i was an idiot!! and that's not right because why did he tell me they came with the pizza and he charged me for them separately. Is not how much they cost!!!! Is just the fact of what he did to me!! I felt like stupid!! Paying for something i didn't ordered just because he want to be smart putting extra things and said it comes with it but it won't because he charge the costs of the extra!!! Will wants to make more money but that's not the smarter way to do it because people can get really mad!!SO PEOPLE PLEASE IF YOU COME TO SBARRO iN MALL VENTURA! MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT PUTTING EXTRA AND WHEN YOU SEE THE TICKET SEE THE EXTRA CHANGES!!!THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!
I went to Sbarro on Tuesday July 11, pacific view mall Ventura Ca; I'm a regular customer because I love the pizza that Alberto manager makes; and also the very kind, great and polite customer service by Sarah, she helps me a lot to choose the variety of foods everytime that I go.However yesterday was an other guy in the morning making pizzas and was so awful pizza, it was soggy and doesn't have consistency, the guy had all the displays full of pizza and he was in the phone with his earpods and he knew that many customers were in line and he didnt pay attention to us even our line was in front of him, he didnt care to Help Sarah, she was doing all the job and taking care of all of us the customers. She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offering us a real good customer service even though the place was very busy.The manager should not allow the earpods during the working time specially the guy that was yesterday, he had no absolutely help behaviour to his co-workers and his pizza was horrendous.However I feel grateful with Sarah because she did an incredible job (she took orders, served sides, entries, served drinks and was being cashier at the same time) Sarah and Alberto are the kind of workers that make it worth visit Sbarro.
The food is good for mall food, the manager Eddie was top tier he helped me choose and guided me through the process. He made sure I saved a buck by getting the drink with my two slices since there’s a combo which I was unaware of. So big shout out to Eddie the manager for his help. I love my food and if you’re looking for a quick bite this is fine it’s nothing special it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s mall food but good mall food in my opinion it’s worth a shot to try this place if you’re at the mall. The ziti is always a great option if you love cheesy pasta. Strombolis are hit or miss depends if you like that it’s a hit. I recommend a slice a pizza, side ziti and a drink it’s a great deal and you get a good portion of food. ??
