Recently OP set me up with the most awesome Toro (Fatty Blue FIn) that I have ever had.. More importantly it was my first DIY Toro, more times I enjoy toro at top sushi places in Seattle like 'I love sushi on Lake Union '. But when you have a relationship with a wholesaler like OP.. it does not get any better that this.. OP team are pros.. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
