Mcdonald's - Ventura

The food came quick and somewhat fresh but i asked for honey mustard and received hot mustard and this aint the first time this has happened. I dont blame the dasher but rather mcdonalds because they need to read the orders i dont want hot mustard... other than food was good.

McDonald's offers decent food at reasonable prices, and the staff is adequate. The service is also satisfactory. The Woodland Hills location has a pleasant and well-maintained corporate environment, although it lacks a children's play area. I've visited this location frequently, and I'd say it ranks as the best McDonald's I've been to in 2022 so far.

They tend to be busy, but their customer service is quite good compared to the nearby location on Main Street.

The staff here put in a lot of effort. This place attracts a good amount of customers. The coffee in the morning is enjoyable, but at times, the restaurant has an unpleasant smell and appears a bit untidy and not properly cleaned. That's about it.

I ordered two cheeseburger meals, but they arrived cold and stale. The French fries were frozen and mushy. On the bright side, the ketchup and sweet tea were enjoyable.
