Regular Guy's Pizza - Venice

Corn dog is frozen, not fresh and crispy. Don't eat here. The cashier girl is rude too. She hates her job

Ordered 2 bottled waters $3.50 each and paid for it using Apple Pay. As they didn 't know how to operate the machine correctly, the ignorant woman stated the charge didn 't go through because a receipt didn 't print. I showed her on my phone and even the screen from my bank it did go through $7 charge). To me this was their issue and I was going to simply walk off. I mean, I had the water and they had my money, right? So, for kicks and giggles I paid once more using my phone. Same as before... I see the charge now charges) on my side, but once again, they couldn 't print a receipt so they think I didn 't go through. Long story short, I walked up this place, gave them $14 bucks and received nothing in return. They refused to refund anything as nothing was charged . AVOID this place.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and from the so called manager . Ordered a funnel cake that had clearly already been made a while ago and then tossed in a oven. Was not Deep fried . Was burnt and I told her there was no way the kid was going to eat it being that burnt . I asked for a refund , which for the record the plate had never even touched my hand and she said no she would not give our money back . First of all that's not how you make funnel cakes , secondly who would want one that's just been reheated . She pointed to a side that was barely a inch underneath the countertop that says no refunds . I could understand that if we had actually touched or tried it and said we didn't like it but the fact was, it was not fresh and it was burnt so she said we could have pizza or ice cream instead , we didn't want those items being how we came for funnel cake . When asked if she had freshly just made it she would not answer the question and said it didn't matter because there's no refunds , while she proceeded to say I'll eat it or give it to a homeless person . Which is great I wouldn't want food wasted , but why would I pay 8 dollars for something that was not going to be eaten by the kid and that wasn't freshly cooked that was never even handed over the counter because from the moment I saw it, it was completely burnt . So basically I bought her a meal ? I wouldn't touch the pizza it looked like it had been sitting there for hours , when I asked to speak to the owner she refused , it may only be 8 dollars but the amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism Was absolutely disgusting . It was late at night , there was no way any of the pizza had just been made . If she was my employee she would be fired on the spot just for the way she acted . Side note if there's no refunds on items , maybe it's because you're having so many problems with people having the same issues . The customer is not always right and I hate leaving bad reviews but this was uncalled for . We went to another place down the way , who actually cooked it in oil like it's suppose to be . They don't even deserve one star just based on that one person I would never try anything there .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My frozen lemonade tasted like chemicals and metal. When I asked if I could get a refund or something else, the server said no and was very rude. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

We absolutely adore these cupcakes, they are the best ever! Frances is also amazing, she made our visit fantastic. Thank you Frances!
