The Gritti Palace A Luxury Collection Venice

That was really a great hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful, every time they walk in the door. the rooms are very comfortable and we found a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room, what a great surprise and they were amazing! the hotel is located next to a water taxi stop, close to many wonderful caffes and shops. we were very impressed by everything about this hotel!

Ambiente luxus and best food!

Beautifully decorated hotel with professional services that they would expect from a luxury hotel. the hotel history and the artwork are fascinating. there were many celebrities in this hotel. their photos and autographs hang around the hotel. the restaurant has a beautiful view of the large canal and excellent services.

Best hotel ever! best service from any 5-star hotel in the world. the people are amazing. eating is excellent. the accommodation and rooms are gorgeous. the location is incredible. our departure was cancelled today and they let us stay very friendly in our room until the converted night flight. after the typical breakfast hours they also didn't give a problem and they gave us free breakfast, even though we didn't book it like that! I'm in a lot of this place, everything they ask, they don't say a problem. I don't want to go. so satisfied and already plan to come back! thank you!

It is the most beautiful hotel in the world period I am shocked to see it isn’t ranked 5 full stars. The dining room is mind blowing. This is old style class unbeatable the suits are a dream come true.
