Chronic Tacos - Vancouver

I write this review for the Chronic Tacos at the above address a block of the waterfront (steps from the Waterfront Station). This was my first time in such a facility, and I enjoyed choosing the ingredients for my food and watching it prepared before me. I ordered a 2 taco plate (chicken and pulled pig) that came with rice and beans. I chose the combo that contains a drink, chips and salsa (so $3.95). All ingredients were fresh and tasteful. The staff was patient and pleasant.

My wife and I had quesadillas and were very pleased with the generous amount of toppings. Overall, the food and service were great.

This place is permanently closed. Pepitas is a long Mexican restaurant right next door (2nd floor, corner 4th and Burrard---entry from Burrard side), so if you need to get your Mexican, go there.

I will not be dining here again anytime soon as I need to prioritize my health, but I must say their marinated beef is absolutely addictive.

The food was delicious and simple. Maybe not the most authentic but it was still satisfying and portions were huge. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was laid back and hip. Ill be back for sure.
