This review is long overdue. Stacy, the owner, is a gem and the main reason why I fell in love with this restaurant. She is kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond to connect with the community. The entire staff is always friendly and works extremely hard to ensure your experience is top-notch. This place feels like a home where you can gather, connect, and create lasting memories together. The prices are affordable and reasonable, the atmosphere is lively yet laid back. The food is delicious and the drinks are refreshing. If you're looking for mocktails, they also excel at creating creative mixtures.

The virgin Pina colada was lacking in flavor and too watery. The food was decent, with the ribs being a standout as they were excellent and a great value during the Sunday night special. The music was monotonous and a bit overwhelming.

Castaway is a special spot that is so greatly appreciated by the local community that calls this establishment a second home. Not only is it by far the most beautifully flowered patio in the neighborhood that welcomes everyone and their most loved four leg friends, the service is second to none. As a long time customer, I feel it is my responsibility to take this opportunity to share my gratitude for the dedication of the staff, specifically the GM, it has never been better. Stacey’s sincere, welcoming and genuine demeanour to provide the best possible experience for her customers is translated through all of her staff. If you enjoy day-old, pre-cooked wings that are rock hard, served with a side of attitude from the staff, then this is the perfect spot for you! I was truly disappointed with my experience. I recommend coming here for the affordable drinks (although the selection of local craft beers is lacking) and daily specials, but I suggest getting your food from somewhere else.
